1. Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership with the following conditions:

• 30-day written notice required
• Pro-rated refunds available for annual memberships
• Monthly memberships will end at the billing cycle

2. Course Refunds

For specialized courses and programs:

• Full refund available within 48 hours of purchase
• 75% refund if cancelled one week before start date
• No refunds once the course has begun

3. Private Sessions

• 24-hour cancellation notice required
• Full refund with proper notice
• No refund for late cancellations
